jlqq Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlqq ("jlqq," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jlqq website located at jlqq.one, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the jlqq Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jlqq Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

jlqq reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document such as a passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, or PhilHealth ID. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full features of the jlqq Platform, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. jlqq may require you to re-verify your information periodically or following any significant account activity.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jlqq Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or email address used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jlqq reserves the right to:

• Immediately close all duplicate accounts;
• Void any bets, winnings, or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts;
• Permanently ban the individual from the jlqq Platform; and
• Report the matter to the relevant regulatory authority where required.

jlqq conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. You may be required to submit supporting documents including a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jlqq account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your jlqq account that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;

jlqq will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jlqq of a security breach in accordance with the procedure above.

All financial transactions on the jlqq Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlqq supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:

• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the jlqq cashier page and may vary by payment method. jlqq reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. jlqq does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method; most withdrawals are completed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful verification.

jlqq reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of such checks.

jlqq may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General conditions applicable to all jlqq bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another player;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• jlqq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.

jlqq's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding. Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied to their account should contact jlqq support promptly.

All wagers placed on the jlqq Platform must be made using funds available in your verified account balance. Wagering on credit or using funds that have not been cleared through the jlqq cashier is not permitted.

Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the jlqq system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to review all wager details — including game selection, stake amount, and applicable odds or rules — before confirming any bet.

jlqq reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, placed on a game or event that was incorrectly priced due to a technical error, or placed in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

Game outcomes on jlqq are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) for digital games and by live dealer procedures for live casino games. jlqq does not manipulate game outcomes. All games are subject to independent testing and certification.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlqq Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating;

• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

All content on the jlqq Platform — including but not limited to the jlqq brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of jlqq or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlqq Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jlqq Platform without the prior written consent of jlqq.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlqq shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the jlqq Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond jlqq's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

The jlqq Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlqq makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlqq's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jlqq is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who wish to set limits on their account or request a self-exclusion period should contact jlqq support or visit the Responsible Gaming section of the Platform. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will remain in effect for the duration requested by the player.

jlqq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
• A player's request for self-exclusion or account closure;
• A regulatory or law enforcement directive requiring account suspension or closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to an ongoing investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jlqq support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard game rules.

jlqq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlqq will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jlqq Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jlqq, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jlqq support. jlqq will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jlqq from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
